Sophia Casey is a wonderful program facilitator.  She is definitely in her zone of genius there.  She presents in front of a room of participants with ease.  I experienced her as someone so pleasant to be around.  Plus, her enjoyment of facilitating is really palpable, and it is wonderful to be around someone who is really enjoying their work.  On top of being joyful, and sometimes even playful, in her role as a facilitator, she was also extremely authentic—and that made her even more wonderful to be around.  She was endearing in her genuineness.  Coach Sophia was, in fact, a great example for me in this way, modeling that I could be playful, and joyful, and professional, and a subject matter expert, and still be authentically myself, all at the same time. I found her to be highly knowledgeable and expert in the coaching field; she knows her stuff. I would take many more classes from her and work with her again if I could.  I cannot recommend her highly enough as a facilitator and as a coaching expert.
