The Executive Coaching program at Sophia Casey Enterprises is customized to interrupt ineffective management practices and accelerate personal and professional transformation of leaders. Coaching provides the support executives need to reach next-level performance and close gaps in the Executive Core Qualifications: Leading Change, Leading People, Results Driven, Business Acumen and Building Coalitions.
We understand that every organization and every executive is unique. Each program is customized to focus on leadership skill gap areas previously identified in performance assessments and instruments while proposing the use of additional assessment tools to support breakthrough results. At a minimum, executives participate in confidential, one-on-one biweekly sessions for three consecutive months and receive as-needed spot coaching on challenging issues. Working with an executive coach will support the executive in designing a robust performance project plan that includes defining clear, specific, and measurable goals and participation in on-the-job practices that get results and ensure behavior and performance shifts.

My coaching is unique to everyone, rather than a “one size fits all” approach, my coaching is determined by you – your needs, your challenges, your life and your dreams. It requires courage and commitment on your part. You will be working closely with me, your Coach, as “life happens.” I will create a safe space where together we can co-create your dream life, relationship and/or career.
One to One coaching session allow the client to discover what they really want out of life as well as develop the action plan to move forward towards the goals they set. How many sessions a person needs really depends on the client and their situation.
The majority of coaching sessions take place by telephone or Skype. This method is preferred as we can coach anyone from anywhere in the world.
I have had the privilege of working with accountants, artists, coaches, designers, entrepreneurs, housewives, massage therapists, military personnel, nurses, retirees, small business owners, singers, students and teachers. I work with both men and women
Specifically tailored coaching tools help participants gain momentum around similar project areas in a cost-effective action-oriented way. Through a combination of weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and weekly practices coupled with coaching circles together we:
- Identify your most important short term and long-term goals
- Identify and create tools to address the obstacles, fears and challenges that impede your productivity
- Develop win-win strategies to create sustainable success at completion of the coaching group.
Group coaching sessions usually consist of 4-10 people and lasts for approximately 60 minutes. Length of coaching will be dependent upon the group’s need.
