mentor coaching
Congratulations! Bravo to you for taking the first step and making the decision to set yourself apart from the masses of coaches around the world.
Mentor coaching that includes consistent feedback can support coaching competency skill development.
I know you! You’re a coach who is passionate about the work of coaching. It fuels you to support your clients with having breakthrough results in their personal and professional lives.
Yet, you see more for your coaching business. You see the value of credentialing to increase the level of excellence you provide to your clients.
You are committed to ensuring continuous professional development, so you are the most effective coach for your clients.
Becoming an ICF credentialed coach can support those goals. The International Coach Federation (ICF) credential can be a game changer. The ICF requires that you work with an ICF credentialed mentor coach who provides consistent feedback on your coaching and validates that work (10 hours of mentor coaching).
You’re in the right place!
As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and a coach training instructor, I bring more than 15 years of commitment to the coaching industry and 20 plus years of learning and development experience.
After finishing a rigorous transformational coach training program, I received my MCC credential. Becoming a credentialed coach has made all the difference in my ability to support coaches, C-suite executives, and entrepreneurs in a way that has them not only keep coming back, but also referring me to their colleagues and friends.
I know what it takes!
Our work together can be one of the most supportive relationships you will experience along your coaching journey.
Here’s what some of my previous coaching mentees said:
“My mentor coaching time with Sophia had many big takeaways, too many to mention them all. I appreciated the way she delivered feedback – open, supportive, and with a commitment to me practicing the core competencies while getting more awareness around how I was showing up in the coaching relationship. Her support and encouragement for me to shine the light on the client by asking more open-ended questions, was extremely helpful to me and what I believe was a key contributor to my preparation for the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialing process.”
Antonia Lewis, PCC
Leadership Coach and Consultant
“It’s a rare occasion that one has the opportunity to encounter a person that unquestionably displays true, authentic leadership. However, I can definitely say without a doubt, Coach Sophia Casey is indeed that person. As a thought-provoking leader in the coaching industry, she consistently rises above. As an executive leadership coach, Coach Sophia exemplifies a relentless, unwavering stance for every single one of her coach trainees and mentees. Not only does she educate them on the core competencies of coaching, she also models them in her own life. Her professional demeanor and style of mentorship is a testament to her commitment, and she always makes sure the mentee’s experience is a powerfully transformational one.”
